Time Out! Productions opened as a full-service
special event management company in 1993. Company President Rich
Havens previously served as Executive Director of the New
England Triathlon Series from 1985 to 1993 for DMSE...and in
1996 acquired the property which, now named
New England
Triathlon Tour, exists as one of the longest-running
swim-bike-run triathlon circuits in the world.
After a 26-year
run, in February of 2011 Rich sold the operating rights of the
Triathlon Tour to Without Limits Productions of Denver,
Colorado. The Tour looks to grow and prosper for years to come
under the leadership of Without Limits’ Lance and Tony
Panigutti, who during the mid-‘90s got their triathlon starts
racing in New England’s popular series.
On tap for Time Out! in
2012, Rich will mark his 16th year as Finish Area Coordinator
for the B.A.A. Boston Marathon. On Thanksgiving Day, Time Out!'s
12th We Gather Together 5K will attract 2,000 or more entrants
and capture over 35,000 grocery donations destined for food
pantries on upper-Cape Cod. Time Out! also handles the start and
finish line activities for the Reach The Beach
Relay-Massachusetts and New Hampshire contests.
